Young Artist Booths
1. Rules and Regulations for Young Artist Booths

Young Artist Booths are open to all area K-12 students. Students must reside within or attend school in one of the following counties: Atchison, Leavenworth, Platte, or Wyandotte.

Entry is based on a first-come, first-served basis by grade category.

A small entry fee of $10 is designed to keep tables filled during the event.

Entries must be received by no later than 11:59 PM CDT on May 31st, 2023.

You must submit two examples of your work.

All work must be original in nature and only contain appropriate, family-friendly content.

Art mediums are broad and may include drawing, painting, sculpture, wood, photography, digital art, etc.

Students must attend their booth time slot for the full two-hour schedule at Stubby Park on August 26, 2023. A parental/guardian presence is required for those under 15.

Break down is recommended to start at the one hour and forty-five-minute mark. This will allow the next incoming young artist to set up as their time starts.
2. Entrant Agreement
By submitting an application, the entrant (if 18 or older) or the entrant's adult representative (if the entrant is under age 18):

Certifies that the entry submitted is entirely original.

Takes any and all legal responsibility for breaches of copyright caused by plagiarism.

Grants LV Arts permission to reproduce the submitted work, in whole or in part, for any purpose, including research, on the internet, in print publications and/or in any other medium without compensation and to publish the entrant's name, age, and home city/state in conjunction with the work.

If the entrant is under age 18, the adult representative assumes all liability for the entrant and indemnifies LV Arts in respect of all matters related to the entry.

LV Arts reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates any of the Young Artist Booths rules.
